Today, I Was Put in Time-Out

I was playing with my nanny-kids on the floor when I started shaking my foot like most people who can’t sit still do. Unaware of what I was doing, I gently tapped G’s leg with my foot in the process.

He looked at me, very confused, with one eyebrow raised. “That is not nice. You need a time-out.”

“I’m sorry,” I told him. “I didn’t mean to hurt you. Are you okay?”

He just kept telling me that it was “not nice” and I needed to go to time-out.
